Title: Sizzling Mushroom Stir-Fry with Herb-Infused Sauce 🌿🍄
Intro: Spice up your dinner routine with this mouthwatering mushroom stir-fry! Burst of flavors in every bite! 🌟🥢
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it's translucent.
2. Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender.
3. Add the flour and stir to coat the mushrooms evenly. Cook for another minute to get rid of the raw flour taste.
4. Gradually pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
5. Add the soy sauce and thyme, continuing to stir until the sauce thickens and coats the mushrooms beautifully.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
7. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and fresh flavor.
Nutritional Information: This stir-fry is rich in fiber from mushrooms and healthy fats from olive oil. Perfectly balanced in flavor while staying low in calories.
